Great little van - had everything you could possibly need and very well fitted out. Comfortable, large bed; loads of storage and well equipped. Great job!

Great trip away. I was off grid this time and it was cloudy, so that was a challenge getting enough charge, but the Ace is well equipped and it was a comfortable long weekend away

We cant recommend Martin and Catherine enough! This was our first time using a campervan, and they made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and were always quick to answer our questions. The campervan had everything we could possibly need. We only had to bring our clothes, food, and drinks! Well definitely be booking with them again.

Communication was excellent, always super quick to respond and really happy to accommodate our requests, which made everything so easy. The van was clean, had everything we needed, and gave us no issues at all. It was really comfortable for our stay, and wed definitely hire from Royal Campervans again!

My holiday was fabulous, all went well. Van was more than adequately equipped, had absolutely I everything needed, and the owner was very friendly towards my dog too. I would highly recommend this company.

I enjoyed my time away in the van. I did contact the owner a couple of times and they responded promptly and issues were resolved easily. Can I suggest adding a small stool to assist entry to the van for the mature hirers and also a teatowell. Easy pick up and drop off and the van was smooth to drive and had everything I needed for staying off grid and also in a park with power. Thanks again.

Our first step into Van Life was a awesome experience. We were not lucky and had a breakdown on day two but to the credit to the owners of the van it was a temporary set back of what was one of my daughter will not forget. Luke was amazing! He was fantastic at communication and moved heaven and earth to get Ace back to us with a new alternator within 12 hours (on a Saturday in Grafton) and delivered right to my hotel door. Its when things go wrong and you have a shared experience but you all work together and made the most of a minor pitstop. We will be back to hire with Luke and Catherine again in a heartbeat! It was our first time hiring a camper van, and my partner and I were both very pleasures to choose Ace Vantourer It has everything you need, and the bed was big enough for 2 people and comfortable. The solar battery charging was very rapid we dont need to worry about any electric gears that will run out I was a bit of worried it might be too hot without the A.C in Summer but having the 2 fancs helps a lot, it was cool enough to sleep. The owner was very helpful giving instructions about the van. Look forward to hiring again next time.

Great van, great trip!

The van was everything you'd expect of a no hassle holiday. Easy to drive, clean, comfortable and with all the essentials included, and quick to pack up and travel around. We had planned to stay 2 nights at a holiday park but found a beautiful spot to park during the 2nd days adventure. This was a great experience and I'll be doing it again soon.

We had a great 3 day adventure in Ace Vantourer. Highlights were the super comfy bed, double sliding doors, extractor fan and bedside fan, heaps of lighting, big awning and the fridge. 3 days off grid and everything worked so well. Ace is diesel and super efficient (and easy) to drive. Great van for 2 people
